Here's a way to step up to outstanding new computing power while still keeping the controller board you know and love! Use our new low-cost PCB or Full Kit to make adding our Co-Processor easy. Mounting holes line up exactly so it fits directly under the Parallax Board of Education and Toddler or the Basic Micro Atom Super Development Board and Atom Pro Arc Boards. Need an outline drawing (18 KB)? Underneath mounting keeps the reset switch, and proto and AppMod areas accessible. Professional silk screened and solder masked board make it easy to tell which parts go where. Solder plating on contact areas mean it is ready for you to start soldering. No need to scour it clean first. Bumper and the vision parts on board give back proto space on the top of your robot for the next things you want to try out. On-board LEDs to show the status of the IRPD system and the bumper hits. Three wire (servo style) A/D connections are perfect for Sharp GP2D12 IR distance sensors. Provides + 5V power, ground, and A/D input in one cable. It's great for wall following! 8 servo controller connections for easy addition of gripper, camera pan-tilt, or sensor rotation servos, whatever! Use the same IR sensor and LEDs that came with your BoE-Bot. Flexible part stuffing allows for different configurations from the same blank board.
